HACCP Compliance
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a management system in which food safety is addressed at its manufacturing processes through check at each identified Critical Control Point (CCP). Hazards which may pose dangers to food safety may arise from physical foreign materials, chemical & biological contaminants and handling by the workers.
Malaysia has introduced an integrated ISO 9000/HACCP certification to enhance the competitive edge of Malaysias food products in the international markets where HACCP and ISO 9000 are required either as a regulatory or import requirement.
