| 1. How can I obtain prices for the services provided by ACL? |
| Prices for the services provided by ACL can be obtained from our Customer Care Representatives and Technical Advisers by telephone call, fax or e-mail. |

| 2. What is the validity period for the prices quoted? |
| All prices quoted are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified in our terms and conditions of sales agreed with our customer. |

| 3. Does ACL issue a official quotation?? |
Yes, an official quotation printed on ACL letterhead and duly signed by our Customer Care Representatives or Technical Advisers will be delivered to you by fax, e-mail or by-hand. The official quotation includes but not limited to the following:
| Scope of services. |
| Prices for the respective services rendered. |
| Applicable shipping charges. |
| Applicable mobilization and/or demobilization charges. |
| Applicable taxes. |
| General terms and conditions of sales. |

| 4. Does ACL commit to any verbal sales and purchased agreement (S&P)? |
| No, ACL will only commit to the scope of services, prices, other applicable charges, terms and conditions of sales stipulated in our official quotation or other official contractual agreement recognized by our management executives. |
