| Yes, confidentiality agreement will be signed willingly upon request to our management executives. |

| 3. What if ACL is subpoenaed by a statutory body to disclose any confidential information? |
| ACL will make every effort to promptly notify you if ACL is subpoenaed to disclose any confidential information to a statutory body. In return, you will agree to respect our obligations to the statutory body. |
